DDSapplicants.com is a free service of the Student Doctor Network for pre-dental and prospective pre-dental students. The site allows sharing of past applicant experiences with current applicants to provide a guide of what to expect.

The Student Doctor Network (SDN) is a community of health students and professionals from across North America. Founded in 1999, SDN operates the Student Doctor Network (http://www.studentdoctor.net), which is moderated by volunteer health professionals and students. SDN is dedicated to providing students, residents, and practitioners with free and unbiased information. SDN is published by the Coastal Research Group, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt educational organization.

// About the Authors //

DDSapplicants.com is based on the MDApplicants.com site, which was authored by Ryan Radecki. SDN would like to thank Dr. Radecki for allowing us to extend the site for use by our pre-dental membership.

Ryan Radecki is a graduate of Stanford University and the Bryn Mawr College Postbaccalaureate Premedical Program. Prior to pursuing a career in medicine, he worked in several software and internet engineering jobs, including time at Microsoft and Modem Media. He has also worked at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine Center For Clinical Epidemiology & Biostatistics. The author is a graduate of the Class of 2007 at The Ohio State University College of Medicine & Public Health, did his Transitional Year at Los Angeles County Harbor-UCLA Dental Center. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at East Carolina University, and joined the faculty at the University of Texas-Houston in 2011.
